This policy covers how Pioneer Auto Sales, a Division of Chilliwack Auto Sales Ltd., treats personal

information that it collects and receives on www.pioneerautosales.ca, as well as in person. We are not in the

business of selling information about you: we use information shared with us for the sole purpose of running

and improving our sales and business services. This notice tells you what information we collect, steps we

take to protect and secure it, how we use and share information, and finally, how you can contact us with

questions or concerns.


The only private information that we are in possession of is the information that you have personally

provided us. It will never be used without your express written consent. Your information will never be  given

to a third party without your consent.




Sale of Business


We wish to clarify and confirm that Chilliwack Auto Sales Ltd. may transfer your personal information

as an asset in connection with a merger or sale (including bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings) involving

all or part of  Chilliwack Auto Sales Ltd., whether by corporate reorganization, share sale, asset sale, or

other change of control. Chilliwack Auto Sales Ltd. may share your personal information with other

entities owned by Chilliwack Auto Sales Ltd. or that own Chilliwack Auto Sales Ltd..




Information Relating to Children



Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from Buying or Registering a Motor Vehicle. Minors may

however Purchase and Register a Motor Vehicle with the written consent of a Parent or Legal Guardian.
